Payment, Turnaround, & Rush Order

Due to materials being wasted previously, we NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH. All payments are due IN FULL once you have sent your pictures and your order has been confirmed. Payments are accepted through our site or other payment options upon request. Our turnaround time is 2 - 7  business days. If we can complete your order sooner, we will! We also offer a rush fee of $15 for same day or  next day orders for gifts for special occasions or for any other convenience. Once your order has been made, we send you pictures/videos before shipping or delivering. Your satisfaction matters !

 Shipping Policy

All products require a shipping fee which is calculated at checkout. Shipping is available for both US and international customers. All products require a 2 - 7 business  day turnaround time based on the number of orders ahead of you at the time you order. Products are shipped the next business day after they have been made and you have received a picture of the finished product. Once shipped, you receive an update on your order as well as tracking number the same day. Shipping time frame depends on your location, but for locals and surrounding areas, no later than 3 - 5 business days.

Meet Ups/ Delivery Policy

We are  located in Columbia, SC and we deliver or can meet you in any of our surrounding areas (Lexington, Chapin, Newberry, Etc.)  There is no additional fee for meet ups, however there is for delivery starting at $5 depending on your location. WE WILL ONLY ATTEMPT TO DELIVER ONCE, if for any reason you fail to meet or have a change in the discussed arrangements, you will be asked for a shipping address for your item(s) to be shipped and will be required to pay the shipping fee. Deliveries are  available on Saturdays and Sundays, unless a different day is arranged.

Warranty​

We now offer a 1 year warranty for all of our custom products. The 1 year warranty is priced at $20 and covers: damage to the item of any kind, glass replacement, and 3 chain replacements for pendants if lost or broken. When using your warranty, at the time of service, you must present: your first and last name, your order number, and a picture or video of the item displaying either of the items listed above that the warranty covers.

Preorders

For preorders on any of our products, allow an additional 3 - 5 business days to our  2 - 7  day turnaround.

Returns and Refunds

We believe in customer satisfaction. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase from us, exchanges, a discount on your next order, or store credit are available. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. In order to exchange products or receive store credit or discount, you MUST email us or send us a  message and include the following (your first and last name, your order number, and a screenshot of your receipt displaying the product(s)). This only applies once if you did not purchase the warranty and the product is returned within 7 days after you have received it.
