Our gems are handmade, custom products. All of our custom products have a 5 to 7 business day turnaround. Your order is prepared in the order it is received in. Lastly, the items ARE NOT waterproof, please be sure to remove them when getting in or going near water. Items that have been lost or need to be replaced for some reason are covered in our warranty, otherwise, you will have to pay full price for a new one. The only exception for not paying full price is if proof is sent within 7 days after you receive it that the item is damaged when you received it due to shipping or whatever the case may be. See our policy section for further detail.

ALSO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER given at checkout, your NAME, or PHONE NUMBER in the message to receive updates once it has been made. Acrylic Keychains
Add ons may cause a longer processing time when ordering acrylic keychains. When adding on to your acrylic keychain, we will message you upon starting your order to be sure we customize according to your add ons and your liking. You can expect that message via your contact information you leave at the end of placing your order.
