Our gems are handmade, custom products. All of our custom products have a 5 to 7 business day turnaround. Your order is prepared in the order it is received in. Lastly, the items ARE NOT waterproof, please be sure to remove them when getting in or going near water. Items that have been lost or need to be replaced for some reason are covered in our warranty, otherwise, you will have to pay full price for a new one. The only exception for not paying full price is if proof is sent within 7 days after you receive it that the item is damaged when you received it due to shipping or whatever the case may be.
